The history of the company could be traced back to the 1980's. It is considered that the activity of Pawtrans started in 1982, when an enterprise named 'Stanis豉w Paw這wski' was founded. The company was providing domestic and international transport services with just a few trucks such as Star, Jelcz, Kamaz and Liaz. Polish economic conditions of that time were not favourable for dynamic development of the company, however, all the efforts to modernize the then fleet paid off in the future.

In 1988 the company 'Stanis豉w Paw這wski' started first cargo shipments to various countries of Western Europe. In 1989 together with the advent of capitalism in Poland, the company 'Stanis豉w Paw這wski' experienced a very dynamic growth, mainly due to the significant increase in international trade and gradual borders opening.
In 1989 the company started providing transport services according to international transport permits, mainly to Western Europe. A significant increase in both production and consumption of food products at that time was a very favourable phenomenon as for development of transportation services and the company's further progress. .

Another key moment in company's history was year 1991 when a professional transport base was built in Poniatowa on lots bought by Mr. Paw這wski from the state. The company was also renamed, becoming 'Pawtrans Import-Export, International Transportation'. In 1992 Pawtrans became a fully-fledged member of the ZMPD - the Association of International Hauliers in Poland and obtained all concessions and permits necessary to provide international transport services.

In 1996 yet another key decision was made by the company owner Stanis豉w Paw這wski, who decided that Pawtrans would specialize in shipment of liquid food products in tank-trucks. At that time Pawtrans bought very modern and ecological semi-articulated lorries (Euro III class) Volvo, DAF, Scania and tank-trailers of renowned producers, Hobur and Magyar, dedicated to food products.
Security of the transported cargo, reliability and cleanliness - these have always been overriding qualities for Pawtrans. Since we consequently obey all sanitary rules and legal terms and do our best to meet even the most strict demands of our clients, we have been trusted by big food producing companies, for which high quality and security of shipments are absolute priorities.
Second half of the 1990's is yet another stage in Pawtrans's development. Constant investments in modernization of the fleet as well as enhancements of management and logistic processes significantly increased the level of Pawtrans's services.
In 1998 the company opened its branch in Zamo嗆, which wholesales and retails liquid fuels. At the same time Pawtrans was also developing garage services for trucks, trailers and tankers.
In 2002 Mr. Paw這wski decided to change the company's legal status into a limited liability company and renamed it once again. From this moment onwards the company has been known as Pawtrans Ltd. Although Pawtrans is registered in the capital city of Warsaw, it is managed from Poniatowa, where the executive board as well as sales and logistics departments are located.
Also in 2002 Pawtrans built a very modern cleaning station providing internal and external cleaning services for food tankers.

Since 2002 the quality of Pawtrans's services has been guaranteed by implemented system of quality management ISO 9001 and food safety system HACCP. We hire only drivers with long-time experience and valid ADR certificates. Their work is monitored 24h a day, their qualifications verified and increased by great variety of additional trainings. Each of them has also a valid sanitary training and health certificates necessary in food industry employment.
On 01.08.2009 due to merger based on Art. 492 Par.1 of Polish Commercial Code, Pawtrans Sp. Z O.O. in Warsaw changed its name into Pawtrans Holding Sp. Z O.O. in Warsaw.
