Tanker cleaning process is a vital element of food products shipment. Flawless cleanliness and sterility of the inside of the tanker as well as all tanker entry points are a key factor of transported food safety and quality.

With a view to making our company even more versatile, in 2002 we built a very modern tank cleaning facility in Poniatowa. Application of very modern technology and appropriate cleaning procedures guarantee very high quality of cleaning services. Moreover, our well trained and experienced staff conducts the cleaning process with great care for every square inch of the cleaned surface, ensuring excellent cleanliness and high level of sterility.
Pawtrans Ltd Cleaning Facility
Apart from cleaning our own trucks, we also provide tank-cleaning services to trucking companies from all over Europe. It is the most modern cleaning facility of this kind in the region. The scope of our services is as follows:
Internal Cleaning:
- high pressure water jetting
- disinfection
- sterile cleaning
- cleaning with detergent
External Cleaning: :
The outside of both the tanker and the truck is cleaned with high pressure water jetting and detergent.
External cleaning is completely touchless and conducted in accordance with ISO procedures as well as according to our client's additional requests.
Application of hi-tech cleaning heads (working under the pressure of up to 100 bars) and high temperature (40-90st.C) guarantee flawless cleanliness of the tanker. Additionally, upon our client's request we are able to sterilize the trailer with steam of 120 centigrade.
Pawtrans Cleaning Station is open Monday-Saturday 8 am - 6 pm.
There is possibility of cleaning after 6 pm upon previous booking. In such cases all cleaning rates shall be increased by 30%.
All cleaning services are accompanied by appropriate cleaning certificate which can be issued in 3 languages: Polish, English and German.
